The room here is quite spacious with a great view, and the bathroom is kept fairly clean; it's conveniently close to the city center, Konigssee, and a lovely restaurant.

The breakfast was varied and nice with panaroma view; and the staff was easygoing.

I greatly enjoyed staying here and recommend to others. Everything was good, excellent location adjacent to the lovely light filled restaurant, the charming centre of Berchtesgaden and the center of town, excellent experience. My room was reasonably large and featured magnificent view of the snow capped mountains. Superb breakfast, especially fresh bread and cereals, the staff was excellent...

The dining spot was great and the breakfast was awesome, especially loved the fresh fruit and rolls they served 😋.

Hotel staff are friendly and endeavour to quickly resolve any queries. Restaurant has a beautiful outlook as well as value for money meals.Location is ideal for a base to explore surrounding attractions and tourist sites.

The staff were very helpful and courteous. The food was very good and the service staff were very nice (and the beer was great). We very much enjoyed our stay with you and hope to return again in a few years.

It is not really a "dislike" but the fact tha tthe windows didn't lock made us a little nervous because we were facing the back and there was a path just under out window. Maybe crime isn't a problem there but we were still a little nervous. Otherwise, everything was very good.

Loved the room with amazing mountain views, spacious bed, seating area, and sofa; the location was perfect, just a short walk from Haus der Berge.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, situated on a hill just above the market town. We loved waking up to the stunning views of the mountains every morning. The staff here provided top-notch service from the moment we arrived. They took care of all our needs, offering room service, housekeeping, and even helping us with laundry. They also provided us with great recommendations for tours and tickets, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room amenities were excellent, with a comfortable sitting area, a terrace to enjoy the views, and all the necessary facilities such as ironing and a mini-bar. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast and had a beautiful dining area. Additionally, the spa and wellness center here was a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay, with exceptional service and amenities.

The decor of the hotel and restaurant was very dated. Although the terrace had a beautiful view of the mountains, we wished that we were closer to the pedestrian zone.

They gave us room in basement, no view (may be because we used voucher from Booked.net). The room smell very bad (due to leather upholstery??) the rooms seems to be lack of fresh air.

This hotel is a hidden gem with stunning views of the mountains. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of having a balcony overlooking the mountains. The staff are friendly and the service is top-notch. The breakfast spread is impressive, with plenty of variety to choose from.

Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.

We enjoyed the hotel immensely, booked a single night but stayed longer. Put simply the location, facilities and staff were great and our stay was as it should be, hassle free and enjoyable
